This is the band most UK, Australian and Canadian offers ask for, and it is the bundle we built first and built deepest.
There is no official Band 6.5 descriptor — IELTS publishes whole bands only. A 6.5 comes out of averaging your four skills and rounding, where .25 rounds up. Which means it has a shape: one skill at Band 7, the other three held at a solid 6.
We don't lift all four skills evenly. We find your cheapest route to one Band 7 and drive it hard.

Roughly four more correct answers separate Band 6.5 from Band 7.0 in Listening or Reading. Not a year of English — four answers. That is a target you can actually train against.

They're marked objectively — no examiner judgment, no style. They respond to technique in weeks rather than months. For most Mongolian students the cheapest Band 7 is here, not in Writing or Speaking, and we'll tell you which one of yours is closest.

Reading & Listening
Timed sets calibrated to raw scores of 26–32, so you train right on the 6.5/7.0 boundary. Question-type technique — matching headings, True/False/Not Given, multiple-choice traps. Speed and skimming, because at this level time management costs more marks than vocabulary. Every set reports a raw score and its band.
Writing
The same Task 2 prompt answered twice — once deliberately at Band 6, once at Band 7 — side by side with the four criteria annotated, so you can see exactly what the extra half band is made of. Then paragraphing drills, linker-reduction (most students add more; you'll add fewer), and error-elimination built on the Mongolian error list.
Speaking
Parts 1, 2 and 3 with model answers at both bands. Stress-timing and sentence-rhythm drills. Phoneme work on /θ/ /ð/ /w/ /f/ and consonant clusters. "Pause between ideas, not mid-sentence" — the same amount of hesitation, moved, is worth half a band. And about thirty idiomatic phrases taught to accuracy rather than three hundred taught badly.
Vocabulary & grammar
The vocabulary tier is capped at 6.5 and built for precision and collocation, not rarity — Band 7 doesn't need fancy words, it needs the right word. Every entry carries a Mongolian gloss and the mistake Mongolian speakers usually make with it. Grammar is editing and proofreading as a trained skill, plus punctuation, which is cheap marks nobody collects.

This bundle is not the 6.5 bundle with extra chapters. Below 7.0 the examiner is asking whether you managed; at 7.0 and above they're asking whether you're consistent. That needs a different method: not more, cleaner.
